Sunday, May 4, 2025, is the end of the novendiales, the mourning period for Pope Francis. At 11:00am, we will toll the church bells 100 times for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis, one toll for each of his 88 years of life and one toll for each of his 12 years as Pope. Pope Francis, may you rest in eternal peace in the Light and Love of God Almighty. CLICK HERE FOR THE NOVENA!
Please join us on Good Friday at 3pm in the church as we begin our journey to Divine Mercy Sunday. We will be praying the Divine Mercy Novena from April 18 through April 26 daily at 3pm. Then on April 27, Divine Mercy Sunday at 3pm, we will have a special celebration of Divine Mercy with prayers, chaplet, hymns and veneration of the Divine Mercy Image. This is NOT a Mass, but rather a celebration. CLICK HERE for more information about Divine Mercy and our parish celebration.
Our Confirmation candidates will celebrate the sacrament of Confirmation on April 25 at 6:00 PM. The Mass will be held at St Augustine Cathedral with Bishop Kicanas, their families, sponsors and teachers. We pray that the Holy Spirit will renew their lives, strengthen their relationships with God, and guide them in their faith journeys.
