On Fridays beginning March 7 through April 11, we will have our meatless Lenten Soup Nights in the O'Leary Room at 5pm, followed by Stations of the Cross in the church at 6pm. All are welcome to attend. The soup is free of charge but we will accept donations for our Philotheas Ministry.

Prayer and Life Workshops is part of a New Evangelization movement. It is a 15-week program that will teach you 15 new ways to pray, in order to start or improve your relationship with God.

If you are a Catholic who has been away, we invite you to become more active in the Church again. LANDINGS is an eight-week program that offers "a safe place to land," a place for listening and for being heard, a place for asking questions, and for reconnecting with the faith as an adult. Join us for a western themed Saddle Up Dinner and line dancing lessons for all ages on Saturday, March 1 beginning at 6pm. Dinner will be pulled pork (or chicken) sandwiches, coleslaw, beans and dessert. Adult drinks and sodas will be provided by the Knights of Columbus. Tickets are available for purchase in the office and after Sunday morning Masses. Cost is $10 per person for ages 6 and up. 5 and under are free.
The feast day for St. Francis de Sales is on Friday, January 24. We will have an 8am and 6pm Mass. After the 6pm Mass, we will serve pie and coffee in the O'Leary Room. Please feel free to bring your favorite pie (or dessert) to share and enjoy celebrating our Patron Saint.

The KoC council presented a new Chasuble to the Parish during the 8:00 Mass on Thanksgiving day. Attending the presentation to Father Richard were Grand Knight Jim Sinkiawic, Deputy Grand Knight Doug Hanna, Past Grand Knight Andy Jordan, Recorder Brad Hahn, Compliance Officer Rene Enriquez and Stu Sepulvida.
On Sunday, December 15 beginning at 12:30, the Activity Committee will be hosting a FREE spaghetti luncheon and concert from our wonderful choir! Please call the office no later than December 9 to make a reservation.
Tickets are $50 each and ONLY 400 tickets are available. A winner is drawn EVERY DAY from December 1-25. Winners will be notified daily. All tickets will be placed back in the raffle to have a chance to win daily. The grand prize winner will be responsible for taxes. Purchase tickets in the Parish Office or after most weekend Masses. Our St. Francis de Sales' Craft Group is having their annual Bazaar on Saturday, November 2nd from 9am to 4pm and Sunday, November 3rd from 8am to 1pm. All handmade crafts: American Doll and My Generation Doll Clothes, pet items, stocking stuffers, kitchen accessories, wreaths, ornaments, holiday gifts, decorations and more. Also, there will be gift baskets, baked goods, a white elephant sale and raffle items. Santa will be there on Sunday!
Come join us for our first Fall Fiesta! Saturday, October 26 from 11-3. There will be games, face painting, magic show, obstacle course, Bingo, wine wheel, chili cook-off, food, a Halloween costume contest and parade, and more. A fire truck will be here as well. Wristbands will be sold at the event for $10 which will include most activities. Food is sold separately. Invite your friends and neighbors. The proceeds from this event will benefit our children's religious education department.
Our next Swap Meet will be on Thursday, October 17 from 4pm-6pm. Friday from 7am-1pm and Saturday from 7am-12pm. We also need help from several volunteers for set up and helping during the sale. Please call the office if you'd like to volunteer.
On Wednesday, October 2 from open to close, we will have a Dine and Donate fundraising event at Black Bear Diner. Dine In, Carryout and Delivery. Present the code on the attached flyer or enter it online and St. Francis de Sales will receive 20% of your food order.

There will be German food (brats, potato salad, dessert), beverages provided by our Knight of Columbus, silent auctions, a 50/50 raffle, and music by The Bouncing Czechs! Tickets are on sale in the parish office and after Masses on the weekends. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. 50/50 tickets are $1 each of 12 for $10. Invite your friends and neighbors for this fun event.
On Friday, August 30 our wonderful Pastor is turning 50! Let us celebrate him with a potluck that evening beginning at 5pm. If you are able to, please bring a dish to share. Please call the office by August 28 to let us know how many people will be attending.
